Eastern Plumas Health Care is pleased to announce that Senior Life Solutions now offers a program at the Portola Medical Clinic. Designed to meet the needs of 65+ community members, this program helps older adults experiencing feelings of sadness, frustration, low energy, apprehension, stress, and/or worry related to life changes that are associated with aging.

This is a program for anyone who has experienced the following: change in energy level, sleep, and/or weight, change in living conditions, new of chronic health diagnosis, support as a caregiver and/or recent loss of a loved one.

The program services include a confidential, comprehensive assessment, group, individual, and family therapy, medication management, and after-care planning.

The Senior Life Solutions program is comprised of a board-certified psychiatrist, licensed therapist, registered nurse and other trained professions who are all part of the team to ensure the success of a positive outcome. You can even access support right at home.
