Rates are based on double occupancy. Extra guests are
$30 per guest, per night. Rentals for one month or more are negotiable.
All rentals subject to 9% Plumas County room tax.
No charge for children under 10. Group, tournament and family bookings
are welcome. Our accommodations are nonsmoking. Sorry no pets.
Visa, Mastercard and checks accepted. Normal cleaning
charges included. Excessive cleaning or damages may result in surcharges.
We reserve the right to change lodging locations.

Rent must be paid in full with cash or credit card
upon arrival, or by check 15 days prior to arrival. Rent will be returned
if written notice of cancellation is received two weeks prior to arrival.
Late cancellations may incur a penalty.
Check-in time: 3:00-5:00 P.M. Check-out time:
10:30 A.M. Early check-ins and late check-outs are available by
prior arrangement. After-hours check-in service is provided.

From Graeagle, proceed to
the northern edge of town. Turn onto A-14, following the signs to Plumas
Pines. Go west on A-14 for 1.8 miles and turn right onto Poplar Valley
Road. Proceed north for precisely 0.8 miles, until you see our sign
Plumas Pines Realty, Inc. on the left at 307 Poplar Valley Road, just
a 7-iron from the Clubhouse!
