In an exciting move, Adam Polkinghorne has acquired the renowned River Pines Resort from Rodney Osterlund, effective March 1, 2024. Rodney Osterlund, along with his daughter Leslie, who sadly passed away recently, has successfully owned and managed the River Pines Resort for the past 40 years. Now, under new ownership, the legacy of exceptional service, comfort, and enjoyment will continue, with local Cody Anderson stepping into the role of General Manager.

With 44 rooms, 18 cabins, a full bar, restaurant, pool, pool bar, and a picturesque wedding venue, River Pines Resort has been a beloved destination for over 60 years. Adam Polkinghorne, retired Vice President of Performance Contracting, Inc., and Cody Anderson, former MLB pitcher for the Cleveland Indians, are excited to take the helm and ensure that the resort remains a cherished destination for years to come.

Cody Anderson, the newly appointed General Manager, shared his enthusiasm for the venture: "Having retired from Major League Baseball, I am thrilled to embark on this new journey with Adam and excited to be able to raise my kids back home.
