Goshin Jitsu: applied arts of self-defense

Goshin Jitsu is a list of techniques that was originally designed by Master Okazaki to be taught as women's self-defense. It contains a total of 28 techniques that are very practical and suitable for immediate application in self-defense. This list does not require much falling and in combination with properly taught variations it is suited for anyone who wants to immediately extend their abilities in basic Yawara on a level of more immediate application. Needless to say all of these techniques lend themselves for endless variations and combinations, and they should be taught by with that in mind, by placing the right seeds at the right time.
