After a fresh stain for the main lodge, The Lodge at Whitehawk Ranch’s opening day will be May 17th. The Lodge is excited to announce they have a new lessee for the season, Martin Carlton, an executive chef and restauranteur with over 25 years of experience as both chef, general manager and restaurant owner serving cuisine across a wide spectrum of cultures, flavors and styles.  The plan is to have a family style way of dining this season, so please be on the watch for their reservations, menus, and so much more.
